🦪 Nissan Juke 1.5 Dci Engine Problems

I have a 2011 Juke 1.5 DCI. I've had it about 3 years now. When I first purchased it I was very happy with it. However, as time has gone on I'm becoming more angry with it. Aside from the plastic dashboard creaks and rattles I am really, really sick of the engine noise! Ok, it's a diesel so I expect some "normal" diesel noise - that's fine but 1. Removed the plastic engine cover. 2. Removed the fasteners - 1-unclamped the cable, 2-unplugged the grey connector, 3-removed two 8mm bolts, and two 10mm bolts pointed by the arrows. Laid the black metal bracket to a side. 3. Pinched the PCV hose clamp with pliers and pulled the hose off PCV valve. Symptoms are: Cranks for 9-sec in the morning fails to start. 2nd attempt crank another 9-15 secs and car starts and runs fine. Drives with no loss of power. Fuel economy fine. Stop car and retry from hot cranks but hard to start again. Waits half an hour and car starts after 2-3 secs crank. Observations: If regeneration fails: Failure to react to the DPF warning light may lead to saturation of the DPF system. If this happens the Malfunction Indicator (MI) will illuminate indicating that a Service Regeneration by a NISSAN dealer or qualified workshop is required. The engine speed may also be limited to 3,000 rpm to protect the DPF system.
